◆About Waraku
Located along the approach to Shigisan Chogosonshi Temple, a sacred site of Bishamonten established by Prince Shotoku, Waraku opens its doors in this historic area where the harmony of time-honored traditions and unique new expressions come together.
The gallery’s name was graciously inscribed by Master Calligrapher Shoshu.
Inside, you’ll find two exhibition rooms, which can also be rented as gallery spaces. Additionally, a café space is available, where you can relax with a cup of tea while enjoying art or taking a break from exploring the area.
The opening commemorative exhibition will feature a collection of ink works by Japanese calligrapher and ink artist Shoshu, gathered by Gallery Waraku. With the generous cooperation of Shoshu, many new works will also be on display. We invite you to visit and enjoy this special exhibition.
